The proverbial wizard behind the curtain, Cheryl is one of the foundational driving force behind Baltimore Food Co-op. Cheryl’s interest in the food business started early, manning the penny candy counter in her parent’s store at age 6. During her 35+ years in the corporate supermarket world, Cheryl saw the demise of readily available local food. It is her passion to bring that local food back to Baltimore. An active member in the community she lives in Hampden with her partner in life and business, David Aronson.
