Interim Vice President

Bill is a stay-at-home father and research associate at the Schaefer Center for Public Policy. In addition, he teaches courses in American government, American public policy, and statistics and finance for health systems management as an adjunct faculty at the University of Baltimore schools of Health and Human Services and Public and International Affairs. Bill’s life-long loves of food and the Earth stem from lessons that he learned from his grandparents, as he helped them raise vegetables and fruit and care for their land in South Carolina. Since then, he has been an avid consumer of, and advocate for, locally and sustainably raised food. Bill has served on many local nonprofit boards, is currently the Treasurer for the Maryland Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration and serves on the board of the Bolton Hill Nursery School as well as chairing the BFC Human Resources committee.
